Yes, I looooove custom orders! Shoot me an email and I’ll work with you to hopefully make your earring dreams come true.

Are your earrings heavy?

No, my earrings are (mostly) made of plastic and resin, both of which are very lightweight. Heavier weights are notated on specific listings.

A style I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

Likely. If a certain style won’t be returning, it will be notated on the listing, aaaaand I’ll probably post about it on Instagram.

How do I care for my earrings?

You’ll find care instructions on every listing, and you’ll also receive a care card with your earrings! You can also view care instructions here. 🖤

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! Please check here for shipping restrictions in your country before placing your order.

Do you do refunds?

Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. The product must be returned to me before a refund is issued, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Please send me an email including your order number and the reason for your refund request, and we’ll go from there!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please email me with your order number and the reason for your cancellation request!
